Before he started Kaufman Insurance Group, John Kaufman spent about 8 years at National General, an Allstate company, where he was one of its top agents and helped more than 10,000 customers. A lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, John lives in Twinsburg and is a proud father of two adult daughters. Outside of work, he spent over 20 years as a horse trainer, previously taught ballroom dancing, and enjoys pickleball.

Matthew brings nearly six years of industry experience, having previously worked with National General, an Allstate company, and Good Sam. Recognized multiple times with Leaders Club honors, he focuses on assisting clients during complex coverage transitions. His process relies on active listening, evaluating policy needs, and providing clear explanations of available carrier products.
Currently based in North Carolina, Matthew has lived along the East Coast. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing Dungeons & Dragons, snorkeling, and beach outings.
