Personal & Commercial · Quick Quotes – Good Rates · Great Companies
As an independent agency, we compare coverage from the companies we work with, so your customers are not limited to one company’s price or rules. Which companies can quote a customer depends on what they want to insure, where they live, and each company’s own rules.

What we do
What Kaufman does for partners and their customers
Your business earns the customer’s trust. When insurance comes up, you want to send them somewhere that will treat them well and get the job done. That is the role we play.
Our partner program is open to businesses in Ohio now, with North Carolina coming soon and more states on the way. We work by phone, email, and online, so your customers can get help wherever they are.
Quick quotes
We work to get your customers quotes quickly while they are ready to buy, move, or close. How long it takes depends on what is being insured and each company’s process.
Multiple companies compared
As an independent agency, we compare coverage from the companies we work with, so your customers are not limited to one company’s price or rules.
Proof of insurance handled
Once a customer buys a policy, we send proof of insurance to the lender, dealer, landlord, marina, or closing team that needs it, with the customer’s permission.
Coverage that fits
A financed car, a pontoon at the lake, an older home, a leased storefront. We match the policy to what the customer is actually insuring.
Fewer deals stalled on insurance
When your customers have a clear place to get covered, fewer sales, deliveries, move-ins, and closings wait on insurance paperwork.
A direct contact
You get a direct way to reach our team about a customer, and a simple process your staff can follow without discussing coverage.

How referrals work
How the referral process works
It takes three simple steps for every partner, and no one on your staff needs to know insurance.
Fill out the referral form
Fill out our referral form for your customer, or send them to your personal referral page to fill it out. Either way, the referral is tracked back to you.
We get your customer quoted
Once the form is in, we contact your customer and compare options. You or your customer can also call or text us anytime at (330) 486-8404.
We send proof of insurance
Once your customer chooses a policy, we send proof of insurance as quickly as we can.
Please share a customer’s name and contact details only after they agree to hear from us. Unless you hold an insurance license, leave questions about coverage, limits, and price to our licensed agents.

Referral rules
How we follow the rules on referrals
Kaufman Insurance Group follows state and federal rules on insurance referrals. Real estate agents, mortgage professionals, title agencies, and others involved in home purchases with a federally related mortgage are covered by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). We keep those relationships focused on service quality and accurate insurance documents. We do not give or accept referral fees, gifts, or anything of value for referrals from these partners.
For every partner, a customer’s details are shared only with the customer’s permission, only licensed agents discuss coverage and price, and customers are always free to choose any insurance agent or company.
